Candy Apple Mix Instructions
KOLDKISS CANDY APPLE MIX INSTRUCTIONS
Red Candy Apple Directions:
Add contents of the red mix container and 5 pounds of granular sugar to a 4 - quart pot.
Then add 16 ounces of water and mix until all the water is absorbed and the mixture is uniform.
Turn the heat on high and watch until contents of pot are completely dissolved.
Use a candy thermometer and turn off heat when temperature reads 295 degrees and make sure not to let the thermometer touch the sides or bottom of pot.
Start dipping apples and spin each apple to remove excess candy.
Place apples on greased pan or tray.
If the mixture cools too much, add 1 to 2 ounces of water, mix and turn on heat until the candy thermometer reads 295 degrees. Then turn off heat.
Specialty Flavored Candy Apple Directions:
To create candy apples with different flavors and colors use the white mix bag and add any KOLDKISS Concentrate Flavor to create the look and flavor you like.
Follow the directions below:

Continue heating to 295 degrees and turn off heat.
