Refund policy

Returns:

All sales of perishable items are final, including all syrups, cones, sauces, toppings, milk, ice, etc.

Non-perishable, unused items may be returned within 15 days from the date on the receipt.  Returned items must be in their original packaging, and contain all of the original parts/components.   

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Procedure:

  1. Please call 410-675-6675 before sending your item back for an authorization number. Returns with without authorization number will not be accepted.
  2. Include a copy of sales receipt/invoice with return.
  3. Use all original packing material that came with your order.  Reinforce packing if necessary.  Items that are damaged due to return shipping will not be accepted.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance, and use a shipping company that offers tracking.  Chesapeake Bay Snacks, LLC is not responsible for return shipping cost.  (Chesapeake Bay Snacks is not responsible for returns that are not received and signed for by an employee of our company)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Original packaging must be kept to report damage to an item for shipping insurance inspection.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
